Job Description:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, calling, scheduling interviews for the job requirements/openings
  • Responsible for offer generation, offer closure, documentation, joining formalities and on-boarding of employees
  • Hands on experience in IT recruitment
  • Coordinating with candidates, panel & hiring managers for conducting smooth interview process
  • Hands on working experience on Naukri, Monster and other job portals
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
  • Hands on experience in new edge recruiting tools like Linked-in, HackerEarth, GitHub, Stack overflow etc. is plus
  • Hands on experience in hiring Software Engineers of various technologies
  • Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Should be passionate about recruitment
