AI-powered OCR & predictive alerts
Built an OCR tool that reads serial numbers and part IDs directly from photos, alongside predictive alerts that analyse asset history to flag maintenance needs before failures occur.
Smart scheduling & role-based control
Delivered AI-assisted scheduling that balances technician workload, asset priority and SLA deadlines, governed by a four-tier permission system across Admin, Manager, Supervisor and Technician roles.
