Job Title: Business Development Executive

UK: 13:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs – (Mon-Fri)
US: 18:30 hrs to 03:30 hrs – (Mon-Fri)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This position will primarily focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls to target clients in the European and US market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable making cold calls, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the European/US/Australia market.
- Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and generate interest in our services.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition to create compelling sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
- Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. (Students who have completed or are appearing for B.Com/M.Com/B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA can also apply)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a natural ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. As this is international sales process, so we won’t be able to compromise on communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Results-oriented mind-set with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
