Job location: Nasik (Maharashtra)
Shift Timings:
Australian Shift – 7 am to 4 pm (Female Candidate Preferred)
European Shift – 11 am to 8 pm (Female Candidate Preferred)
UK Shift – 4 pm to 12 am (Male Candidate Preferred)
US Shift – 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Male Candidate Preferred)

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the Australia and European market.
- Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and generate interest in our services.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition to create compelling sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
- Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
Requirements:
– Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a natural ability to engage customers over the phone.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
– Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
