recruitment to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
hiring for technical roles, utilizing traditional job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
while also employing innovative, non-traditional sourcing techniques to find exceptional
talent.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including
understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, and coordinating
interviews.
*Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and tailor recruitment
strategies accordingly.
2. Sourcing Talent:
*Leverage traditional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed for sourcing.
3. Candidate Management:
*Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent
recruitment experience.
*Actively maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles.
4. Market Research:
*Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, talent availability, and market
benchmarks to refine hiring strategies.
5. Employer Branding:
*Represent Netwin Infosolutions in the talent market by showcasing our culture
and values.
6. Process Improvement:
*Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes, adhering to internal KPIs and
SLAs.
*Suggest improvements to recruitment tools, platforms, and methods for better
outcomes.
